Magnet damage risks
Risk of demagnetising a magnet:
- during contact with a stronger type of a magnet (e.g. Anico in contact with NdFeB)
- in a very strong magnetic field
- when exceeding the maximum working temperature
Risk of magnet destruction:
- in aggressive chemicals (depending on the type)
- in a hydrogen atmosphere
- by physical impact
- by radiation
