PROCESSING AND PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA AT ABC MAGNET s.r.o.
All personal data of our customers, suppliers, employees and other persons who provide this data to us are secured and protected against misuse by a third party in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR).
Personal data controller
The company ABC MAGNET s.r.o, ID 26736390, with its registered office at Ve Žlíbku 1800, Prague 9 - Horní Počernice, which is registered at the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, Insert 90527 processes personal data as a controller, in other words, it determines how personal data will be processed, for what purpose and for how long.

Declaration
We declare that, as the controller of personal data, we comply with all legal obligations required by applicable legislation, in particular the Personal Data Protection Act and the GDPR, and thus that:
- we process personal data only on the basis of a valid legal reason, in particular a legitimate interest, performance of the contract, legal obligation or a granted consent,
- we fulfill the information obligation according to Article 13 of the GDPR even before we begin to process any personal data,
- we allow the exercise and fulfillment of the rights of the persons concerned according to the Personal Data Protection Act and the GDPR.
Scope of personal data and purposes of its processing
- Provision of services and fulfillment of the contract – In order to fulfill a contract, we need billing information, e-mail, telephone and address of the involved entity.
- Accounting – In order to comply with legal obligations to issue and record tax documents, we need billing information of the involved entity.
- Employees - We only process data required by law. We destroy unnecessary personal data after the termination of employment contracts.
- Marketing - sending information messages (newsletter). We use personal data (name and e-mail) for commercial communication. As far as our current customers are concerned, we reasonably expect their interest in the news regarding our business. As far as potential customers are concerned, we use their personal data only on the basis of wishes or consent.
In both cases, you can opt out of receiving our emails by using the opt-out link in each sent email.
We retain personal data for the duration of limitation periods, unless the law sets a longer period for their retention, or we have not stated otherwise in specific cases.
Cookies
Use of cookies to measure website traffic and customize the display of websites. We consider this to be a legitimate interest of the data controller, as we believe that thanks to this, we can offer even better services. Cookies for ad targeting will only be processed with written consent. Our website can also be browsed in a mode, that does not allow the collection of personal data. User can disable the use of cookies in the internet browser.
Security and protection of personal data
We protect all collected personal data as much as possible using modern technologies that correspond to the level of technical development. We have adopted and maintain all possible (currently known) technical and organizational measures that prevent the misuse, damage or destruction of personal data.
Transfer of personal data to third parties
Authorized employees, who are bound by confidentiality and trained in privacy policy, have access to the personal data.

As part of our legal obligations, we must also provide personal data to state administration bodies, such as tax administrations, courts, law enforcement authorities or capital market supervisory authorities.

We process data exclusively in the European Union or in countries that provide an adequate level of protection based on the decision of the European Commission.
Rights related to personal data protection

- Right to information, which is already fulfilled by this information page with the privacy policy principles.
- Thanks to the right of access, we will, upon request, provide an interested party within 30 days with information on what personal data we process and why.
- Everyone has the right to have their personal data edited, if it is changed or is incomplete
- Upon request, the scope and method of personal data processing can be limited.
- Right to have your personal data deleted (right to be forgotten). In such a case, we will delete all personal data of the applicant from our system as well as from the system of all sub-processors and backup systems. We need 30 days to ensure the data deletion. In some cases, we are bound by a legal obligation, for example, we must keep the issued tax documents for the period stipulated by law. In this case, we will delete all personal data that is not bound by any law. We will inform you by e-mail about the completion of the deletion.
- Right to complain to the Office for Personal Data Protection if there is a suspicion of unauthorized or illegal handling of personal data
- Right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data in the form of a written request by post or e-mail.
Automatic evaluations
Personal data is not automatically evaluated and it is not used for profiling or automatic decision-making in the field of marketing activities of the data controller.
Secrecy
Our employees who process personal data are required to maintain the confidentiality of personal information and security measures, where their publication would pose any threat to the security of personal data. This confidentiality continues even after the termination of the contractual relationship with us. Without the consent, no personal data is released to any other third party.
Storage time
We will keep personal data only for the time necessary for the purpose of their processing. After that, we will anonymize the data or safely and irreversibly delete it so that it cannot be misused.
